Pet Flys, is the loving creation of Tammy Ann Arnett, a clever designer with many years of experience in the garment industry. Tammy admits she was once exclusively a big-dog lover. That was until she rescued a charming, abandoned miniature pinscher she soon came to know and love as "Monkey Boy".

After Tammy adopted Monkey Boy, she searched diligently for a pet travel bag to accommodate her new cohort to no avail. Frustrated by the huge gap between flimsy, poorly-crafted low-end bags and prissy, ridiculously-priced high-end bags, she decided to create the perfect combination of style and function in pet carriers herself. Tammy combined her own funky, cool, rock n' roll style with the most comfy, durable fabrics on the market. Launched in 2003, Pet Flys has become the industry's most hip, modern line of airline-approved pet carriers. Since then the Pet Flys family has grown quite a bit and there are now three sizes of Pet Flys carriers (91 mini, 101 small and 201 super) and many hot new carrier designs as well as coordinating Ready~2~Ride apparel.

Monkey Boy is now recognized worldwide as Pet Flys official spokes-dog. He remains an integral part of the company and is very involved in many aspects of the research and development process, as well as design and quality control. Monkey Boy has quite a generous spirit, evident in his wildly popular "Monkey Picks" monthly contest on the Pet Flys website, where his lucky winners are lavished with luxurious gifts.

Pet Flys took off like wildfire in the pet business and soon expanded to include stylish, scented (unique to Pet Flys) pet apparel for funky fidos and fashionable felines. Pet Flys is proud to announce the launch of their latest creations, the posh "Puppy-Sling" ,"Snuggle Bug" and the new plush "Monkey Boy" doggie toy! The Pet Flys line continues to expand rapidly as Tammy finds constant inspiration in her daily life surrounded by her cast of canine colleagues.

Pet Flys bags have recently been sought-out to make guest-starring appearances in some of Hollywood's hottest projects, including; "Ugly Betty", "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition and an upcoming Disney feature being produced by Jerry Bruckheimer.
